How we stand behind the work.

We build ponds, plant landscapes, and stock a garden center we are proud of. When something does not go right, here is how we handle it.

Pond installations

Aquascape components carry the manufacturer warranties they were designed with. JVI installation workmanship is covered for the first year. After year one, we will still come out, look at it, and tell you straight what is going on. (Specifics confirmed in writing with each install.)

Landscape installations

Plant material installed by JVI is covered for one growing season when watering instructions are followed. Hardscape and structural work is covered for one year. (Specifics confirmed in writing with each install.)

Garden center plants

Live plants purchased in the garden center carry our 30-day in-store guarantee with receipt. (Bring receipt within 30 days.)

What is not covered

Damage from severe weather, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. We will still come help, but it may not be covered.

How to make a claim

Call the line tied to the service, or email jvisecretgardens@gmail.com. Include photos and the original receipt or invoice when you can.
