How we stand behind the work.

We build ponds, plant landscapes, and stock a garden center we are proud of. When something does not go right, here is how we handle it.

Pond installations

JVI workmanship carries a 1-year leak warranty. Aquascape components are covered 2 years parts and labor, and 3 years parts only. After that, we will still come out, look at it, and tell you straight what is going on. (Specifics confirmed in writing with each install.)

Landscape installations

Ask us when we quote your landscape project. Term varies by scope. (Specifics confirmed in writing with each install.)

Garden center plants

Our plant guarantee varies by species and season. Ask a team member when you check out, or call the garden center at (615) 871-7338.

What is not covered

Damage from severe weather, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. We'll still come look and quote a fix.

How to make a claim

Call the line tied to the service, or email jvisecretgardens@gmail.com. Include photos and the original receipt or invoice when you can.
